Anusapati (b. 1957) is a celebrated artist and lecturer at ISI (Institut Seni Indonesia) based in Yogyakarta, who throughout his career has always been preoccupied with wood and its origin: trees. ROH Projects is pleased to invite you to our first solo exhibition of Anusapati, PLANTSCAPE, where the artist's childhood memories of trees in plantation areas around him became source of curiosity, quest, as well as artistic practice; which are cultivated into forms of knowledge, space, time and reality.
