Kelompok Seni Rupa O2 is a group of visual artists from West Sumatra, they are: 1. Hari Gita 2. Iqrar Dinata 3. M. Ihsan 4. Nofria Doni Fitri 5. Syahrizal Koto They are senior artists who have received critical acclaim and  the journey in their works in visual art is highly valued Langgeng Art Foundation and Equator Art Project is proud to support  Dendang Berlabuh exhibition curated by Citra Pratiwi and text by Janu PU Paintings, photos and sculptures will be exhibited - many have never been seen before – most of all are new works. ATONELLA PEDETTI is a visual
artist and architect born in Montevideo
that grew up in Argentina, from Italian
origin, with works that can be found
in more than twenty cities in all five
continents. Antonella grew up artistically
between Buenos Aires, Frankfurt, Quito
and Jakarta, and her work has been
exposed and reviewed in Latin America
and Europe, and now for the first time
in Indonesia. She studied in Buenos
Aires, at the National School of Fine Arts
“Prilidiano Pueyrredon” and Architecture
at the Buenos Aires University. Her
style is in continuous evolution, as it is
her context, that produces a incessant
metamorphosis; a constant in her life. A
lifelong relentless search to establish her
own cultural background and heritage
as painter and human being, her work is
a manifest of the washing up of cultures
into a new form of personal identity

YOU'RE CORDIALLY INVITED TO THE OPENING OF EARTHSCAPE PUTU SUTAWIJAYA SOLO EXHIBITION Officiated by : Vivianne Faye Hosted by : Linda Thohir, Liza Thohir OPENING : Saturday, 6 October 2018 16.00pm – 19.00 pm At Can's Gallery Jl Tanah Abang II no 25 (2nd fl) no 25 , Gambir, Jakarta Pusat Exhibition runs from 7 Ocotber – 7 November 2018    Earthscape exhibition is the presentation of the latest artworks by Putu Sutawijaya, a figure that have long hold fame in the Indonesian art scene. Can's Gallery is proud for being able to present this series of artwork, showing his latest investigation in artistic vision and visual languages that differ from his previous works. For quite some times, Putu Sutawijaya is known through painting works depicting human bodies in gestures of flying or dancing, all with anonymous faces. After that period, Putu Sutawijaya was then interested to trace back history through the appearances of ancient sites like temples or ancient inscriptions. The exploration also brought Putu to reconsider the relations between history and nature, and how the natural vista and landscape also changed along the transformation of human civilization. The result is what is called as earthscape, not in the meaning of the earth landscape from a height, but the landscape as it is observed from a close proximity, an experience-near. This exhibition features 18 paintings and 3 sculptures with various size. Several paintings in the series are actually in extreme when it transforms an image of trees, flowers, or leaves become shapes that look like an abstract work. These series is also surprising with the use of unequivocal bright colors , like spontaneous like spontaneous scribbles from the artist's creative power.
