Mapping Bali: an invitation to meet Bruce Granquist this Friday

please join us this friday.   An art soirée with map maker Bruce Granquist We are pleased to host an evening with illustrator and map maker Bruce Granquist.  Bruce has been living in Bali since 1986. His finely detailed watecolor maps and paintings require discipline and patience and he has more than 25 publishing projects under his belt.  The exquisite watercolors that will be on exhibition are works inspired by his journeys around Bali as a map maker. These paintings are from a self-publishing project relating to Bali life and culture that is expected to be completed next year. The artist will be presenting his map and giving a talk on how the paintings came to be a part of that journey.
